Estem immersos des del març en un temps que mereixen una nova estètica que, encara que per a alguns no siguin importants, sí que ho serà solemne. De fons i formes. Un canvi transversal i el primer que a escala global viurà aquest segle XXI. Està clar que la nostra generació havia confós fins ara la felicitat amb la comoditat i això era un error. I ara, aquest “crash” tocarà afrontar-lo, assimilar-lo i saber quines han de ser les prioritats del futur a curt temini i amb un objectiu vital: La vida al centre.
Després de la crisi sanitària i econòmica, no serà fàcil associar les necessitats amb les emocions de la felicitat. I estàs clar que la “nova” societat voldrà un nou liderage per a un “nou” món. I això té una gran causa, com és la pèrdua de credibilitat en les institucions anclades al segle XX. Les noves generacions seran més preparades, basades en el coneixement i voldran dirigents preparats sense egos, amb més base tècnica i més idees i realitats per al benestar de les persones. El greu error de la gestió política de les residències és alarmant i cal ser molt crítics per la memòria de les víctimes.

Per a una nova etapa, necessitem nous rols i acabar amb un sistema obsolet i basat en la meritocràcia política i no en la professional. Hem de començar ja, amb urgència, a traçar aquest nou camí. I fer tard.
